At the end of the inspection, your inspector will discuss their findings with you on site, and the full inspection report is delivered electronically. Our client portal allows buyers and sellers to easily collaborate with their realtor about the property, and your inspector is available for any questions you have after receiving the full report. As a fully insured, licensed NC home inspector, our inspections are performed using the NCHILB Standards of Practice.
What to expect during your home inspection?Highside Home Inspections provides a thorough and object view of the status of any home. During the inspection, we will examine all of the systems in the home, including electrical, plumbing, foundation, roofing, and drainage systems. After the inspection, your inspector will meet you at the property and discuss their findings, and answer any questions you may have. IRBPro also includes a due diligence portal that allows you to collaborate with your realtor to create a list of action and repair items directly from the report. The action and repair list can be shared directly with any contractors who need to complete the work.
