Wood Destroying Insect InspectionsWood destroying insect inspections are coordinated through a local, third party company. The inspection will examine the property for larvae, fungi or insects that destroy wood. At the end of the inspection, a report (commonly known as a WDIR) will be generated to explain their findings. Theses tests typically analyze the home for evidence of Subterranean Termites, Carpenter Bees and Ants, Powder Post Beetles, Old House Borers and Fungi.

Septic InspectionsA septic inspection evaluates the overall condition of the septic system in a home. This includes a thorough evaluation of the septic tank, distribution device and drain field. Our septic inspections are performed by a licensed third-party company to ensure the system is functioning properly and to identify any potential issues. A small facilitation fee is charged to arrange these inspections.
